I really want to talk about Enhanced Edition of Witcher 2. Namely, about those little cutscenes between the acts. It’s amazing how much meaning and background details those small scenes added to the game.
Remember, when you go to talk to Iorveth, Geralt says that Ciaran is ‘wounded but alive’? Well, it was always pretty clear that Ciaran didn’t make it, but with EE we actually see how Iorveth sits there and mourns his friend. FEELS ALL OVER THE PLACE! I actually broke into tears at that moment. So sad:(
Just think, what he must feel at that moment. He was too late. Earlier that day he was told that Ciaran is still alive, but when he arrived to the barge, his friend has already died. Don’t know about him, but I would never forgive myself for being too late. FUCKING FEELS.
